In your first appointment you and your therapist will determine which service will meet your needs. You can also select the length or time you will spend together.
🌿 A Standard Intake Assessment Session is 45-60 minutes
🌿 A Standard Therapy session is 45 minutes
🌿 A Double session is 90 minutes
Our fees vary depending on the type, length of service. As well as the specialization and training of the professional providing you services. The fee is determined prior to your visit.
🌿 We have a few spots available for a sliding scale fee. If interested, please notify us prior to your appointment.
🌿 Therapy Groups – All the information pertinent to therapy groups being offered can be found on our website, so that participants can register in advance. Under our website announcements you will find the types of groups, upcoming times/dates, length of treatment, and FEES.
🌿 Psychoeducational Groups – the upcoming topics and skills being addressed in our psychoeducational groups can also be found on our website. In addition to this information, the location where these services will be provided will also be posted.

🌿 Psychoeducational groups are facilitated by paraprofessionals and/or Licensed Therapists. They tend to be much larger and involve education of specific topics and positive coping skills.
